As a Substitute Teacher, one must work well on their toes. I was responsible for the surveillance, care, and educational guidance of over thirty elementary-aged children. Bellagio Hotel — Pool Receptionist

Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the Pool. Directing guests and answering their questions regarding Cypress pool and Cabana rentals, maintaining security and telecommunications of the Opera Hotel system for the Pool and Hotel guest reservations. Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Opera system as well as taking guests’ payments via credit card or room charge, and all cabana hosts receive the correct amount of tips earned at the end of the day. Jobs included working 8-10 hour days until work was done for the day and handling thousands of VIP and M-life member's money and transactions. The position also required excellent administrative and communication skills with the other receptionist and management on duty to ensure a proper pool experience for guests renting our facilities for the day.
