Provided advanced ECG while concentrating on monitoring patient status through assessment of ECG strips and arrhythmia interpretation. Possessing troubleshooting skills to recognize monitoring the problems, identify probable causes, and seek solutions to correct the problem. Identifying and responding to potentially life-threatening rhythm changes, initiate codes, record rhythms during code, continuous EKG monitoring with accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms and dysrrhythmias and interval measurements. Appropriately responding to all monitor alarms.
I was responsible for 17 facilities from Florida to Pennsylvania as well as responsible for supervising 35+ employees. I was responsible for overseeing the eligibility department, including hiring and training employees placed in out contracted hospitals where we interviewed self pay patients and determined which government and or charity programs each patient would qualify. Secured the applications and gathered all information to complete the application including Medicare and medicaid as well as social security disability. I was responsible for compiling monthly invoicing for each hospital, providing monthly spreadsheets to provide updates of pending caseload, conducted monthly employee management meetings, attended hospital management meetings, prepared requisitions for new clients, provided on- site support for employees, and covered employee vacations.
