Brief Career Summary:
For the past 22 years, I have been involved in the Oil and Gas industry working in Inspection, Corrosion Monitoring and NDT.
I have been utilizing international specifications to carry out my duties: RBI, API, ASME etc. I have been involved in the implementation of Asset Integrity Management Policy and Risk based inspection
I have extensive experience on PC’s, utilizing Windows software, Maximo and IMMPOWER – an Inspection and Corrosion Management database. The volume of Inspection and the wide diversity of the types of equipment demands significant technical knowledge and experience of static equipment.
EXPERIENCE DETAILS:
To undertake inspection and repair for steam generators, Vessels, tanks, piping, pipelines, Heater Treaters, Heat exchangers and SS structure, Ultrasonic corrosion Monitoring. Welding inspection Magnetic particle, Dye penetrant.

To supervise and execute routine inspections and carry out various NDT techniques on static equipment i.e., Wellhead piping, station piping, pipelines and flowlines, in accordance with the company’s inspection strategy and to issue inspection findings in a technical report to heads of area maintenance for further remedial action if required.
Analyze situations related to excavating a pipeline with known or unknown defects and generate engineering memorandums documenting safe work practices
QA, QC for inspection department.
Conduct major Turnarounds Inspections (T&Is) and emergency plant S/D with recommendation for repair required for equipment.
To prepare inspection programs for all shutdowns Static equipment and piping
