Products are sold to food service operators of all types, restaurants being the most common, but also to hotels, health care facilities, colleges and universities, public schools and specialty food operators such as caterers. Manufacturers are also sought out as partners.

Obtained representation of Australian manufacturer of vegetable, chicken and beef powder use to enhance flavor profile, no msg, gluten free. Suitable for all food service operators.

Sold pallet quantity of after dinner mints to 15-unit Mexican restaurant chain.

PAXXO USA, Beliveau Enterprises, Newnan, GA 2018 – 2021

Swedish Manufacturer of specialty trash bag system. It is eco-friendly for the primary reason that it uses only the amount of plastic needed to contain the waste. Sold to a wide variety of industries including food processors, veterinarians, health care, hospitality and non-profits. Orchestrated/facilitated sales to new channels.

COASTAL PACKAGING, Newnan, GA 2015 – 2018

A co-packer and private label company that specializes in organic, natural, kosher, gluten and allergen free products. Produce sweet tea, unsweetened tea and sweeteners. This product offering is known as “Freshbru”. They can also produce these products through private labeling, filling bottles from 4 ounces to 275-gallon totes. Food Grade Mineral Oil Lubricant is also packed, distributed and sold. Food grade mineral lubricates equipment used with food processing equipment in food processing plants, restaurants and supermarkets.

Regional Sales Manager

Led initiative that resulted in selling one of the industry's largest distributors of food grade mineral oil.

The Bunzl company, a leading supplier of supplies to business and industry, moved all of their private label food grade mineral oil business to Coastal Packaging. The product is packed in all sizes mentioned above and used throughout the food industry.

NATALIE’S ORCHID ISLAND JUICE COMPANY, Newnan, GA 2011 – 2014

Manufacturer of all-natural line of frozen and refrigerated juices including orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon and lime juice along with mixers. Both branded and private label products were available.

Southeast Territory Sales Manager – Responsible for eight state territory. Customers included Food Service (SYSCO, US Foods, Doerle, Limehouse and Royal Foods). Retail customers included Albert’s Organics, Costco, Dierbergs, Earthfare, Ingles, and Topline. Wholesale to Food service sales were handled by Cooseman’s ATL. Chain restaurant customers included Mellow Mushroom (150), JChristopher’s (25), Flying Biscuit (10), Tin Lizzy’s (5), and numerous LLO’s (large leverage operators).

A 27% increase in sales from 229,714 gallons ($1.7 million) to 290,298 gallons ($2.2 million).

A 22% increase in sales as a result of leading a broker team in the Carolinas, including 4 distributors

Atlanta branch of $100 million DFW based distributor of janitorial, food service disposables and chemical supplies. Primary manufacturers represented were Dart, Solo, and Kimberly Clark.

Acquired 5 new distribution and maintained 10 existing accounts in the Janitorial/Sanitation Markets.

UNIPRO FOOD SERVICE, Atlanta, GA 2000 – 2006

The largest group purchasing organization of independent food service distributors (250) in the country. Held National Account responsibility for the sale of dairy and hot beverage products. Companies represented included Land O’Lakes, Conagra, Schreiber, Michael Foods and Dean Foods.
