KeyHolder – Red Robin March 2021-November 2022
At Red Robin, I learned many of the skills that I still utilize today. I was hired as a food runner, but quickly received a promotion to server. Despite performing well in my position I chose to work as a line cook to continue developing my abilities. Before long I became cross trained across every position in the store from janitor to host. I eventually moved up to work with the management team as well, using all of the skills I had developed up until that point as a KeyHolder.
Line Cook – Buffalo Wild Wings October 2022-May 2024
At Buffalo Wild Wings, I worked in their very fast paced kitchen. I learned how to become more efficient with my work, and was taught how important each second is during service. I expanded my knowledge as a cook as well, learning every station in the kitchen.
Assistant General Manager – Applegreen(ShakeShack) January 2024 to present
At ShakeShack, I started as a part time team member before being offered the position of AGM. Here I was mentored by the veteran management team to become a capable manager. I oversee 5 different stores on shift, and take care of the ordering for ShakeShack. I also assist in scheduling as well as serving as a translator for the staff to communicate with management.
