AS PCM I performed different tasks starting from resource management up to controlling and solving different issues, preparing yearly DR2 for Project budget authorization PO creation for subcontractor payment and managing their actual acceptance, following our staff weekly work progress and supporting on their requirements, do analysis on yearly resource GAP and start hiring process by coordinating with HR (do CV selection for the position arrange technical and final interview and finalize hiring process), prepare monthly report
As an it officer i give different support starting from essential Installation up to computer repair, control the biometric machine using server, network installation for the office inside plc, checking and controlling network infrastructure, CCTV and other related things Also managing resource Attendances and do their salary based on their biometric sign in and out/Attendance system
During My internship period I was changing my theoretical knowledge to practical and get different experience like web development, system support and another related task. Also Doing customer service and assisting a gust visiting and assisting human resource manager on different way by screening CV, resource registration ….
