Measuring and fitting patients with casts or crutches, and instructing patients on proper crutch walking.
Starting intravenous access and taking medical samples from patients, such as blood or urine.
Assisting doctors or nurses during medical procedures by handing them medical instruments and monitoring patients' vital signs.
Ensuring that patients receive their medication.
Informing patients' family members about the status of their condition as well as their medical needs.
Helping the nursing and administrative staff with updating patients' medical records.

Trained as a part of Ultrasound guided IV insertion team.
