Sonos is the first connected speaker company that built a foundation of hardware/software connected through the internet resulting in faster delivery of great features and speed to market. This included a proprietary ioT connected web socket tiers, integrated firmware and updates capabilities, Android/iOS apps, and a successful developer program. Successfully took Sonos from an 80 person 40M a year company to 1.2B and 1400 person company including delivery of new great products including the Play3, Playbar, Sub, Play5 and integrated Music Partners. Also implemented scalable agile and org frameworks that proved to be very successful.
