I worked with a team that has been JD Powers certified for four years in a row. I stared out as an entry level customer service call representative and within two months, I was moved to high lever accounts. I then progressed with learning internal processes to a single dedicated account. I serviced the needs of all that accounts employees and families in benefits, claims and authorization issues. Within three years of hire I was selected to be part of a new pilot program to become a Solution Specialist. This team answers call from our customer service agents for both medical and pharmacy. This was for clarification of benefits, claim questions, assisting in getting simple claims processed in “real time” as well as escalating supervisor calls. For the supervisor calls I spoke to the customer or their documented agent to resolve any escalated issues in a timely and professional manner. I have always met or exceeded any metrics set by my employer.
