Sr. Managing Director

Managed and grew a $500M+ business in consumer goods to the United States, in seven countries across Latin America, through a vendor base and teams that managed supply chain, costing and negotiations, development, production, and quality. 1. Added key local vendors to the matrix in Honduras, Peru, and Mexico, diversifying the products being sourced from western hemisphere (i.e. denim, men's basics, fast fashion knit tops). 2. Reduced fixed operation costs by centralizing the LATAM sourcing operation in Guatemala -closing the Mexico and Nicaragua offices.
