• Pier 42 Manhattan, NY Reconstruction of Metal Structure Building- Guided the successful completion of the project and provided on time technical assistance to the Subcontractors on site and Client. Provided structural design VE saving

$300,000 in change orders avoiding cost overruns. Client: Economic Development Company (EDC)

• Hunts Points Meat and Fish Markets, Bronx NY. Senior Supervisor of the design-built of 2 75Kv Generator and Switchgear. Negotiated a potential Change order for a total of $1.7 Million dollars reducing it to 30% of the value requested. Developed the RFPs and Procurement Specs for the projects, Foundation and building design at the Hunts Points Market

• Governor’s Office Storm Recovery Program (GOSR). Supervise the reconstruction of over 400 homes destroyed by hurricane Sandy in Staten Island and Long Island ATRIA Builders-APECI, LLC 3/2015 to 3/2018
