I offer BSC degree on plant science from Haramaya University on July 2007, I have been working almost 12years on modern & innovative agriculture practices on commercial farms & farmers related projects on the above listed activities.

The core responsibilities include:-

-Organizing and forming clusters with farmers cooperative, Government organization and other stack holders on (Faba bean, Malt barley and Wheat..) with other rotational crops.

-Coordinating all value chain development supported activities seed multiplication, contract farming and also Honey value chain and Soil water conservation.

-Leading and coordinating the development of Woreda/Kebele agricultural action plans.

-Implementing in close coordination with the head and staff of Woreda agriculture and natural resource office on Woreda agriculture development action plan.

-Organizing and support on capacity building for women group and youth at woreda and kebele level on good agricultural practice,

-Liaise with value chain development stake holders of Woredas; particularly Woreda agricultural office, Woreda cooperative promotion Agency, union, seed producer cooperative, Host farmers, cluster leaders, Micro finance organization and input suppliers.

-Organizing and supervising the training of Agricultural extension staff, human resource and budget together to perform all the activities.

-Coordinating IBM project (Innovation Business model) facility for sustainable food entrepreneurship (founded by dutch ministry of foreign affairs) and organizing small holder’s farmer`s into strong producer group (PG) that will facilitate access to demand service for their members.

-Deputy on 2-scale project established by Solo GrowPlc. Coordinating farmers of Gurage zone and west shoa(Waliso and Ambo) on(cluster based approach) in demonstration of the advantage of crop rotation.

-Link farmers to market, value chain actors and access to quality seeds of improved verities

-Document knowledge through action research & develop appropriate business model.

-Enable farmers of the selected clusters to get adequate mechanization, improve seed bed preparation & proper agronomic practices on the selected permanent demonstration plot.
