Bei Electronics.

BEI Electronics - Franksville, WI

April 2021 to Present

Receiving Parts in. Using software system Macola along with excel spreadsheets to track all inventory and quantity’s of parts coming in and going out of the Stockroom dept. Creating labels and manifests to the receiving paperwork. Data Entry. Tracking Parts incoming with issues and solving the issues in a timely manner.

Communication to other depts daily.

Moving skids of bulk inventory items to other depts using pallet jacks/forklift. Cycle counts. Fulfilling parts requests for technicians. Ensuring accuracy and inspection of parts incoming. Use of X-ray unit to scan reels of Parts and creating Quantity labels and adjusting the amounts according to X-ray. Putting all parts away in its assigned locations. Creating new locations. Basic math and counting daily. Training. Also working on other depts when short staffed. Test Dept and ensuring parts passed for inspection. Wash and dry units. Some Soldering. Visual inspections daily.

Printing off Scripts and filling the exact Quantities of the medication requested. Labeling, and sending off to the Rph Pharmacist for final inspection. Delivery prepping the items for delivery. Compounding medicated creams with instructions.

Data entry. Updating patients profiles And medication lists. Pre ordering medications. Work with multiple stations and ensuring accurate counting and practicing great Standard precautions. Stocking and organizing Medication bottles. Reporting any code changes and following all protocol provided by the state and Rph.
