I offer many years experience of successful construction project management, As a project manager, I am extremely organized and detailed, with exemplary management skills. I take a fundamental approach and focus with organized steps to efficiently manage a project. I have an excellent record of completing projects, on time and on budget. I have excellent computer skills and have used a wide range of software. Including Plangrid, Bluebeam and Procore., Having lived and worked in the Aspen Colorado area for 30 years, the majority of projects are high end residential. Ranging from 5000 sq. ft,up to 25,000 sq ft. My experience is not only with high end custom new homes and remodels, but also with commercial, healthcare, restaurant and airport construction.
I have excellent personal skills and communicate very well people, both clients and employees. I was in china from Feb 2017 to Dec 2019, returning in December 2019, where I have worked for the past several years managing and leading several tech start ups. My leadership role there was to implement western business concepts,acting liaison to western investors as well as a spokesperson and keynote speaker at conferences and corporate events. I have also traveled to many countries, from Moscow to Shanghai and Hong Kong, and many places in between. commercial project manager of weld county 12,000 sq ft facility building. I was hired to finish this project which was 6 months behind, finishing it within new completion date. Had to organize subcontractor scheduling, formulate punch list, file daily reports,time tracking and daily safety using Raken construction management software, organize walk thru and hand over to the Weld County. Valley remodel: project manager / superintendent
3500 sq ft complete remodel, demo siding, decks, remove roofing. I managed the entire project, from planning, hiring subs, creating time lines and milestones, ordering materials, design approvals. Exterior involved new siding, custom post and beam decks, 1200 ft of decks with redwood decking. New metal roof, all new soffit and fascia.
Interior scope, sheet rock repair and all new texture to level 4, cabinets and counter tops, new wood doors, knotty alder stained and spray lacquered to owner specs. Upgrade all windows and trim/casing to match previous trim and casing.
