EXPERIENCE
Property Manager, September 2023 – Present
SRO Housing Corporation, Los Angeles, CA
I’ve managed a 61-unit housing (MRS Program), where I have also lived on-site and made many friends inside and out.
My duties were coordinating with tenants for annual administrative needs and janitorial to keep the building in clean conditions.
I’ve conducted 100% monthly inspections to make sure the tenants units were in sanitary and clean conditions.
I’ve had daily walkthroughs to make sure tenants aren’t in violation of house rules and lease agreement. I had made sure they were also in compliance with their lease agreement heavily.
I have collected tenants' rents, helped guide residents to case management for rental assistance, worked hand in hand with IHSS for resources to help the elderly and disabled transfer to appropriate housing.
I have coordinated with facilities to turn-over the building by adding a new operable front door, resealing the roof from leaks, and conducting full-rehabs to distressed units.

I’ve managed 4 Homeowners Associations in San Gabriel, Long Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes and Whitter, California

I’ve had monthly walkthroughs to make sure homeowners aren’t in violation of house rules, CC&R’s, bylaws or Davis- Stirling Act
