Defense Information System Agency

As a Program Manager at DISA, I oversee an $800M

Joint Enterprise Licensing Agreement (JELA) between Adobe Systems Incorporated and the Department of

Defense (DoD), ensuring the seamless delivery of

cutting-edge solutions to DoD mission partners. I also lead the DoD ServiceNow JELA initiative, managing

end-to-end project execution.

My role spans a wide range of program management

functions, from developing Integrated Product Team Charters to managing Integrated Master Schedules

(IMS), procurement processes, cost, schedule, and risk oversight. I work closely with technical personnel to facilitate capability demonstrations, engage in

cybersecurity initiatives, and manage contract

execution. My collaboration extends to stakeholders such as the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Army,

Navy, Air Force, and Fourth Estate dod agencies. I apply methodologies such as force field analysis and the nominal group technique to build consensus and drive strategic decisions.

I have also served as acting Branch Chief during
