- Family Caretaker (October 2022 - July 2023). In the 10 months, my Mom and 3 inlaws died; I’m caring for my mother-in-law

- Personal Caregiver. (May 2020 - June 2021). In the early spring of 2020, right before the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the world, my Mom had a stroke that damaged her swallowing capacity. Hrs./Week: 40+ Outreach Coordinator (GS-13, 301 Series, Jan 2000 to May 2020) Designed, maintained and grew multi-faceted, pro-environmental social marketing/behavior change programs involving the private sector, national and local NGOs, academics, tribes, federal, state and local agencies, and businesses, in collaboration with FWS executive leadership, regional field stations and partners; all in alignment with organizational behavior change objectives.
Negotiated and built cross-sector partnerships with the recreational equipment, pet & aquarium, and pharmaceutical sectors to support three nationally branded, social marketing and communication campaigns focused around empowering customers to become part of the solution to complex environmental challenges. o Stop Aquatic Hitchhikers! TM (www.stopaquatichitchhikers.org - 2002) and HabitattitudeTM(www.habitattitude.net - 2004) promoted invasive species prevention and Smarxt Disposal (2008) addressed disposal of unwanted medications).
Developed/managed research, outreach strategies, branding, website development, marketing collateral, community grass- roots engagement and evaluation metrics.
Developed two branding case studies for marketing textbooks, (one authored by Phillip Kotler), and one case study for shared governance in sustainability involving collaborative, voluntary partnerships between the government and the private sector.
Formal, fully-paid guest of Scottish, English, Irish and New Zealand governments to teach resource agencies about develop- ing cross-sector relationships with the private sector to elevate pro-environmental behaviors in customers.
