I have worked for almost * years as a receptionist. I have worked in a fast paced salon, dealing with lots happening at once, people calling, trying to book appointments, trying to check in and out, people walking in to get services done, trying to clean up and also provide services to the techs while all is going on. I work well in fast paced situations, along with finding things to keep me busy when business is slower. I have a lot of experience with customer service and dealing with difficult situations. I have helped resolve issues at our salon when a customer isn’t happy. I have accommodated many times to a customers needs, I am good at talking to people and making them feel comfortable and helping them understand about a business. I work well with other people, the best part about a job to me, is the people. I enjoy helping others. I also have a lot of experience answering phones and booking appointments, doing gift cards, and answering questions, as well as dealing with the register.
