Monitored the timely collection and auditing of approximately $70 million in annual premium tax revenues paid by over 1,300 entities.

Designed, developed and implemented Java script enabled, web-based PDF online user friendly interactive premium tax and installment collection forms used by insurance companies in filing five lines of insurance premium and retaliatory taxes.

Participated in the development of the District’s short and long range premium tax revenue forecast.
