My job was to call, text or email customers for payments and insurance. I would contact between 25 to 40 customers daily. I would collect and process payments and get proof of insurance information. I called insurance companies to verify the insurance was active, lien holder information was correct, deductibles were correct, and coverage was correct. I checked the account and entered detailed notes in each account about contacting and any other information obtained during contact pertaining to Max Car Credit. I worked in several areas of Max Car Credit, from titles to repos, I have learned a lot in the short time I was employed. I worked completely remote 6 days a week. It's been a great Blessing to work remotely.

I was a nail technician for about 10 years, and I was a Cosmetologist for about 15 years. I inventoried all retail products and ordered all retail and our professional products. I answered the phone, booked appointments, did the daily report at the end of day and made deposit, cleaned, washed towels, helped our customers with anything I could assist them with and did nails and hair. It was hard work, but I loved it. Unfortunately, due to severe Carpal Tunnel and a lower back injury I can no longer perform this career and the demanding long hours on my feet. I dearly miss my career and our customers.
