GOALS
Although I have several years of experience within an office environment, building my skills even more is especially important to me. Furthermore, being able to face new challenges will help me to acquire these new skills.
EXPERIENCE
*ZCorum/Call Center Agent
While as a Call Center Agent, I assisted clients with solving issues they have encountered concerning their phone and internet services. Not only communicating with the clients professionally, but I also used kindness and respect while navigating my clients through the step-by-step instructions for correcting the problems with their services. Furthermore, including my client in the repair of their services and making them feel like they assisted me in repairing the issues was an especially important part of my duties. Because of the way I communicated with and involved my clients in the process of correcting the issues they have encountered lead to advancements and promotions for me. Several of my clients contacted my supervisor to inform her that they really appreciated the way that I spoke with them and conducted myself with them during the correction process. Needless to say, this led me to be promoted shift supervisor which included a raise along with being awarded several employees of the month awards and privileges.
*Midway Straw/HR Manager
Although being a temporary Human Resource Manager position, I advanced some aspects of the accounting procedures. This included incorporating the accounting procedures into QuickBooks. This allowed the ability to cross-reference the accts payable with the accts receivables to maintain an accurate profit/loss statement. Furthermore, this also allowed payroll to be more accurate and proficient. Unfortunately, this was temporary, and I was filling in for the permanent employee out on maternity leave, but I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to advance this employer’s accounting system.
*Caraway Cont./HR Manager
While as Human Resource Manager, I maintained all accounting procedures. With this included: creating invoices for payment, collecting payments, creating estimate statements, answering any concerns with invoices/payments/statements, accounts payables involving the posting and balancing accounting ledgers and bank reconciliations, payroll, employee files and documents, the recruiting of new employees, interviewing for employment, conduct orientation for new employees, collect and file all new hire employee packets, collect and file employment termination, and other human resources duties. Furthermore, I created the office procedures and systems. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced my employer to close permanently. However, he praised me for a spectacular job along with a significant bonus for all my work.
SKILLS SUMMARY
Along with the skills already stated, there are additional skills to include. This includes medical experience which involves pharmacy, physician’s office, and hospital setting. Also includes legal experience which involves law firm, preparing and filing legal documents, courtroom proceedings, and client preparations.
