Deployed to Iowa Derecho Wind event in Cedar Rapids, IA, completed 82 claims in Aug/Sept 2020.

Deployed to Lake Charles Hurricane Laura, completed 97 claims of Wind and Hail and continued to sell roofing there for U A Shingle averaging three sold roofs weekly.

1997 to 2002 in Texas and Missouri developments, remodeling entire complex of 450 apartment units located in Irving TX, 300- unit apartment complex in Austin, TX and a development in St. Louis, MO of 250 units. Remodeling scope involved installation and redesign for "wet wall" for majority of units in each development, retaining wall reconstruction, additional fencing and complete renovation of each of their clubhouses and redesign of each swimming pool area, adding to each pool area an arbor and additional installation of children's playground areas. Supplement Claim Manager Allied American Adjusting, LLC

2001 to 2005

Responsible for the development, execution and daily management of processing the supplemental insurance claims from the 2004 Hurricane season including Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne. Receipt, review and evaluation for payment of supplemental requests received from insured's assignment of property re-inspection when necessary to staff outside field adjusters daily management of all outstanding and pending field assignments of supplemental claims for payment and closure tracking and reporting of the financial daily progress of supplements overall staffing, supervision and management of eight (8) file reviewers five (5) outside field adjusters. Liaison between Citizens Insurance Executive Complaint Department, Allied American Adjusting and the insured to resolve any and all complaints of an extreme or complex nature that were reported to the DFS (Department of Financial Services) and Tom Gallagher's office. Managed all Large Loss Review claims (over $50K) to be sent to Citizens, which included responding to, investigating and revising all Large Loss Review requests for revisions for payment.

IMS Claims Service - Outside Adjuster, successfully facilitated the investigation, evaluation and assessment of approximately 450 insurance claims between three (3) independent field adjusters; approximately 125 personal estimates completed in the 2004 Florida Hurricane season (Charley, Ivan, Frances, Jeanne). Concentration of property and casualty claims involving single family Property claims for residential dwellings single family HO-A, HO-B and HO-C.
