Manager Full Time 40hrs/week

Serve as a multiple program work induction and schedule management facilitator. Production scheduling requires coordination, analysis and communication with many stakeholders to ensure an efficient production environment that is consistent with the Program Manufacturing Plan (PMP).

•Integrate Schedule Network Development and Maintenance. Establish baselines per government contract requirements. Monitor production process from beginning to end at all levels of the manufacturing, test, and inspection cycles. Forecast and take appropriate corrective action.

•Present risk, issues, and opportunity to top level management and executives. Communicate any barriers or positive occurrences to allow for continuous process improvement. Provide oversight to internal and external customers by telecom, in-person presentation, and/or email communication.

•Review and interpret legal contractual commitments and requirements to meet government customer specifications on quality, budget, and production schedule.

•Facilitated individual and group discussions for direction on best path forward on strategy pertaining to meeting external government customer requests.
