Office Manager/Title Clerk
Autozinc.com, LLC
Supervisor: Nelson 801-***-****
Woods Cross, UT
Jan 2019 - March 2020
I was the office manager and title clerk for Autozinc.com. My daily duties included basic accounting and entering data into quickbooks. I also reviewed timesheets for payroll. Worked a multi-line phone system and ensured calls were answered and distributed within a 5 min period. Assisted in auto loan deals and ensured all necessary documentation was included to close the deal as well as entering information into multiple databases and spreadsheets. Autozinc.com sold salvaged vehicles which is why the titles would need to be flipped. Assisted in DMV transactions from start to finish so the customer would receive their license plates in accurate time. Kept the temporary permit log updated for all clients, especially the out of state clients, because I would need to ensure I had flipped the title in UT to say “Rebuilt Restored” so it would be financed and insured in other states. I also needed to get the temporary permits back from the customers to give back to the state so the company didnt have to pay for them. Also handled the filing, office supply ordering and other general office manager duties.
Medical Billing Specialist
Alta Management Solutions, LLC
Supervisor: Miriam 801-***-****
Woods Cross, UT
Dec 2013 - Jan 2019
My duties as a medical biller included ERA processing and follow up, paper denials, billing status, insurance accounts receivable, unapplied funds, open/close/trial balance batches daily, end of day, collection calls/collections, bad addresses, charge entry, payment entry, pulling electronic EOBs from websites (Optum, Molina, etc.), client contact, approving any adjustments on account, attending bi-monthly billing meetings, reporting and suggesting resolution for any staff performance issues, weekly team meetings, team calendars. This was a remote job but I still had to attend the meetings at the office. I worked on the pediatric accounts but I assisted in all account due to incoming patient calls.
Office Manager/Rehab Manager
Homeland Field Services
Supervisor: Jarred Huggard, owner 801-***-****
Woods Cross, UT
Sept 2010 - Dec 2013
My duties as the rehab manager included overseeing all high dollar amount projects of 5000$ or higher for all our clients that had work orders on foreclosed properties throughout the U.S. I had commercial and residential rehab jobs that varied from demolishing a residential property in WA while working with JARPA, OSHA and other city, state and federal departments to ensure it was demolished correctly. I have also handled drug decontamination and flood and fire restorations. I delegated to my team of 5 the jobs and then they would be assigned to 3rd party contractors within our network. If I had no one in that area, I had to find a 3rd party outside of our network to assist in completing the jobs. These jobs sometimes took up to a montEFh and I had a company budget for the jobs. We had to submit to the bank before, during and after photos to prove the work was completed. Once the bank verified the completion of the job we would be paid. I also dealt with homeowners insurance jobs on special requests from our clients. I had to take the approved amount and run it through a software to ensure it paid for the repair base amount. Every approval we received I ran through the software to ensure we would make a profit or I declined the work order. As the office manager I dealt with hiring and terminating of employees, I also did their reviews and raises. Handeled new hire paperwork and entering into system, new hire training, ordering of office supplies, handled some IT issues and other general office manager work.
