RECOGNITION
Recognition of unloading a well after simulation (ACID JOB), program for five days but did it for three days with an increased of +550 barrels of oil per day.
OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Made two chemical solutions that made a stable process on the platform;
•Defoamer
•Demulsifier
•Defoamer mixed with diesel injected in the flowline on the test header during test and also bulk header to solve fault high level problem in the test separator that may cause a shutdown and results to downtime.
•Demulssifier mixed with diesel injected in the gas lift line into the well to help break up the emulsion before reaching the bulk header which also increase the flow for more fluid.
