Boniface Engwau is a dedicated, Committed and skilled and result driven Agricultural Professional with over 4 years of experience in the field Agricultural development and extension services. My background encompasses a broad range of expertise including Crop Management, Farmer managed natural resource FMNR, sustainable farming practices. I have proven track record in enhancing Crop Productivity and implementing innovative Agricultural techniques that optimized yield while maintaining environmental ecosystem. My strong analytical skills combined with hands-on experience in food security, Climate Smart Agriculture that enable me effectively to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
As such, I have wealth of experience in the Development and Management of Viable Agricultural programs particularly Farmers Organization/Producer groups. In addition, I have also experience in the Development and management of youth programs, advocacy structures/platforms that are in position to influence policies in the favor of entrepreneurial farmers and Farmer Cooperatives. • Managed the distribution of tree seedlings, fertilizer and farming tools to small holder farmers ensuring timely delivery and planting
