The jobs I was in charge are.
2,000 lf. of sewer lines in the City of Garland.
3,000 lf. of sewer lines in the City of Weatherford. 1,800 lf. of sewer lines and force main, including a sewer lift station.
700 lf. of force main and a sewer lift station in the City of Aubrey.
1,800 lf. of sidewalks in Flag Pole hill Dallas including Parking lot in same place with 120 car spaces.

Be the General Manager and CEO in the company, doing all duties of the CEO.
Make Bids, Maintain Check account, supervise the project schedule in cost and time, have meetings with clients and engineers. Make unit prices and corrections to project if need, make contracts with subcontractors and clients.
Be responsible with the machinery we have in site. Talk with engineers if we have issues and solve them. Make checks for labors, material providers and machinery. Negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Make budgets and follow them with schedules.
The different projects I was in charge was:
1994 we start working with 10 bridges on Tollway between Monterrey and Laredo. consists with 10 reinforced concrete bridges in Mamulique place. including material, equipment and labor.
1995 we work inside of an Industrial Plant Hylsa in Monterrey doing the foundation for a project call Hylsa 2000. Consist in 25 foundation reinforced concrete slabs with 24 x10 x 5 yd Each. Including reinforced steel, forms and concrete. 1995 in fall we did all rivers and lagoons with shot concrete inside the theme park of sesame street. and we finish the project in spring of 1996.
In spring of 1996 with start a project inside the Cadereyta refinery inside of an Industrial Furnace demolish and taking out the refracted mortar inside cover and installation of a new one.
In summer of 1996 we start 2 new residential Houses with 16,000 sf. Each with concrete construction and block from start to end, the time with the projects was 8 months. In spring of 1997 we start working in three projects at the same time consisting in three residences with 5,000 sf Each from beginning to end.
In fall of 1997 we start a new project inside the Cadereyta Refinery with 50,000 sy of reinforced concrete slabs in all slopes, and 30,000 syd of sidewalks, the slopes was 4" thickness and the sidewalks were 3" thickness. the period of the project was between 1997 and 1998.
In 1999 we did a slope protection of a excavation for a 12- story building with shotcrete and pre-tensed anchors 5/8"with 3 cables each in San Pedro Garza Garcia, N.L. In 2000 I was in charge inside the Cadereyta Refinery for a construction of Asphalt streets about 60,000sy. including Material, Equipment and Labor.
From 2001 to 2003 I was in charge of five residential Construction including the slope protection with shotcrete and pre-tensed anchor 60 tons of pre-tensed each. The area was 35,000 sy with 300 anchors.
In 2004 we start the Excavation, Slope Protection, including construction of two multifamily residential concrete buildings with 7-story in Del Valle colony.
In 2005 I was in charge of a excavation and slope protection of slopes in the new building for Cemex Office center in Downtown Monterrey.
In 2006 I w as in Charge of an excavation and slope protection for a 42 story-building in Downtown Monterrey. In 2007 I was in Charge with excavation and slope protection of a 12-story, building for Holiday Express In Downtown Monterrey with 60ft. deep.
In 2008 I was in charge of the excavation and slope protection with shotcrete and pre-tensed anchors with 200 Pcs. With 60 tons. resistance each.
In 2009 I was in charge with the project to make a slope Protection with 4" concrete slab on slope with 3 cables with 5/8" each and 70 lf. Long each to protect three residential houses with 4,000 sf each whom can fall down because a ground crack. Period of project was from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, I was in Charge of the project of a construction of 2 multifamily 10-story buildings with 20 apartments each with pre-forced concrete structure and masonry finishes. the time elapsed was 15 months .
In 2012 I was in Charge to Build a pre-forced concrete Bridge on Sta. Catarina River in Guadalupe, N.L. the Bridge Was 300lf.
In 2014 I was in charge to do the foundation Inside Hylsa Near the furnace were the rebar manufacturing is.
In 2015 I was in charge to make 4 different slope protection in 4 residences in San Pedro Garza Garcia, N.L.
In 2017 I was in charge to make the excavation and slope protection with shotcrete and anchors for a 12-story building for a commercial site with 20,000sy area. it took 6 months. Then we make the excavation and slope protection with shotcrete and anchors for two buildings with 30ft., deep. In 2018 I was in charge to make the excavation and slope Protection for a 15-story Building for a hotel in Saltillo Coah. In 2019 I was in charge to make the excavation and slope protection for 19-story parking cars for an apartment building in Sonoma site. we finish in 2021 because the pandemic.
In 2022 I was in charge to make excavation and slope protection for a 63-story commercial, office and multifamily building.

I start working by myself doing all activities of a CEO and Project Manager doing the budget, unit prices, scheduling, making invoices to client, following and read plans, resolving issues, making contracts with client and subcontractors, buying materials and equipment. sometimes make new design of something wrong. Paying subcontractors and labor, paying SS pays and Taxes. making Estimates.
The projects I was in charge are.
1988 We covered a structure Monument with white shotcrete in the outside.
The structure was 75 lf high.
In 1989 I was in Charge to remodel a movie theater, one big show room to a 2 movie rooms .
In 1990 I was in charge to do a remodel and reinforced of a 5000 sf store. including finishes.
In 1991 I was in charge to make a tunnel for a gravel mine belonging to Cemex including wire mesh and 20lf anchors with 1" diameter rebar. the Tunnel was 1000 lf and 8Yd diameter. after the tunnel was a truck load saloon with 80 lf diameter.
In 1992 I was in charge to make all drainage, road and bridges for the Zimapan Dam, was 20 kms, long. It was two years in Hidalgo state, Mexico.
In 1994 I start SKI construction company.

I was in charge of different projects making budgets, unit prices, bids, schedules, contractor contracts, subcontractor contracts, RFIs, buying and making orders for the providers and machinery needed, making payments request for
subcontractors, payments request for the clients and receive checks from clients.
The projects were I was are the following:
In 1984 I was in charge to build a 4-story concrete building for car parking with 4,000 syd each floor.
After that in 1985, I started to make drainage for rain fall inside of sport club,
the sizes of the concrete pipes were 15", 18", 20" and 24" with 6,000 Lyd in combination with gravel with different sizes to make the water surface flow into the pipes.
In 1986 I was in Charge to do a outside Theater with reinforced shotcrete shell starting wit 10lf diameter and 50 lf diameter in finish line with 90 meters radius on the long way. We did it with play-wood rebars and shotcrete. also we did the restrooms and concrete grades for 2000 people. The project took two years because the architects and engineers didn't know how to do the 90 meters radius. I had to figure out myself on how to do it. The thickness of the shell was 2". After that in 1987 I was in charge to make the construction of a warehouse with 30x120 syd, and foundations of reinforced concrete for manufacturing machines with 20 ft. deep. Includes concrete slabs and a place for general offices for the owner and office management.

In this time, I was in charge to do four areas of development to 1000 new houses.
I had to make all the installation of the subgrades of streets, sewer lines, water lines, gas lines, sidewalks, and asphalt paving on streets with 6" flex base and 2" Asphalt thickness. I was in charge to make supervision and check grades for all the area to build. make estimates and advance of the project to send the owners. and check all the materials we need on site.

In this time, I was in charge of 40 different construction machines like Graders, Rollers, Excavators, Bull-dozer, Asphalt paver, Asphalt rollers, Cranes and little handle machines.
I had to buy accessories, tools and parts to have in stock and to make all the preventive corrective fixes deal with the group of mechanics I had to handle with.
