Director, STEM Education (Contractor), Soft Skills for STEM (S3TEM) / Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), Las Vegas, NV (Remote), 3/2024 - Present

Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) educator and strategist to operationalize cultural and other dimensions of human difference curriculum and programs funded by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).

Collaborate and strategize on DEI-focused education with university, federal government, and other partners and stakeholders to enhance and innovate annual and other workshops.

Curate evidence-based, interactive in-person, hybrid, and virtual curriculum for the annual two- day lessons learned workshops utilizing ice breakers, polls, breakout rooms, YouTubes, etc.

Managed the strategic, instructional, and operational design, deployment, and delivery of the required DUHS, Joint Accreditation approved, online and in-person staff diversity curriculum to small and large groups as aligned with the DUHS mission, vision, and values.
