HR Direct services- HR Assistant/ Payroll June 2022- Current

● Perform payroll functions including timesheet review, data entry

● Process payroll including, benefit deductions, separation pay, direct deposit,retro, manual check, vacation, sick leave,and bounces

● Verify all pay statements during preview for accuracy and process adjustments if necessary

● Build and run custom reports from payroll system when necessary

● Assist with processing and distribution W-2 forms

● Maintain files manual and electronic, forms and database information associated with personnel, benefits, general information

● Conduct exit interviews & assist in termination of company employees as needed. Prepare and processes exit interview forms, notifies appropriate personnel of termination, and confirms that appropriate benefits information is provided to terminated employee
