MARCH 27 2024 - PRESENT

BEAD RECOVERY UNIT OPERATOR, LOFTON INDUSTRIES

- Worked with a bead recovery unit alongside drilling rig, sometimes while the curve was being built, but mostly when directional drilling was being performed.

- Verify that everything is in good working condition, hoses and gaskets, fittings, cone tips, screens, shakers are clear of debris in the bellies, and replace anything as needed.

- Rig up my unit and components with boom adjustable fork trucks that were available on site as needed.

- Function test and run equipment until the task was completed, maintaining my unit and verifying that all was running well during operations.

- Cleaning walking surfaces or handrails as needed utilizing pressure washers for proper housekeeping throughout my shift.

- Test bead consistency, using test kit, throughout operations of the unit to verify bead count is at requested levels to maintain lower torque on the drill bit and pipe while drilling is in progress

- Shutting down for malfunctions with my unit to make any necessary repairs, as well as for “trip outs” during major rig services needed at anytime, and resuming operations when the “trip in” was closer to being back at the bottom of the previous bit depth unless requested to proceed full operations during entire “trip in”.

- Rig down when the task is completed, verify all moving parts cleaned and cleared of any debris as best as possible and are properly functional, as well as performing any preventative maintenance for the next use of my unit.

- Follow all site safety protocols and procedures as directed

- Knowing where safety points are located at each site in the event of an emergency during drilling.

- Maintaining Rig Pass, and H2S certifications and updating them when necessary.

- Maintain paperwork each day to keep track of daily usages of my unit, beads, any maintenance performed and parts requiring replacements due to the nature of this job, and time to be turned in, in the timeframe, or manner of which the company man prefers to receive the paperwork.

- Upon completion of services on each drilling pad, witness the equipment being loaded onto a transportation vehicle, and verify next location of delivery and offload of equipment staging where needed for the next run.

FEBRUARY 23 2009 – MARCH 1 2024

LAB SUPPORT/BACK-UP OPERATOR/INSTRUMENT FITTER, BROWN & ROOT

- Served as a Brown & Root instrumentation tech for 15 years working on numerous projects as an instrument fitter, a pipe fitter, as a lab technician, and in operations, and lab support as well in various labs throughout the site.

- LOTO trained to make work area/unit safe to work on.

- Use of H2S monitors, bump testing and calibrations when needed/required.

- Writing work permits, JSA’s, and TSTI’s for safe work practices.

- Experience in DCS board operations, Control loops, Control systems and equipment.

- Field operations, working with hand tools, electrical tools, pneumatic tools, forklift, scissor lift, man lift, different Safety harnesses and fall protection, scaffolding and ladders.

- 3 years as an instrument tech/Pilot plant operator on the SBMMP Pilot Plant Unit as a team player with multiple roles.

- 7 years as instrument tech/back-up operator for Process Engineering, and Development on the STARK Pilot Plant Unit as a team player with multiple roles.

- Working strenuous hours with an abnormal work schedule, anywhere between 9 and 16 hours.

2007 – 2009

WIND TURBINE FIELD ASSEMBLY, RBG

- Wind Turbine construction field assembly, and maintenance.

- Lead man which required initial leadership training.

- Fork Truck, and boom lift training, and operations.

- Construction of the nacelle from start to finish, Modifications as they were updated, maintenance, and clean up when each nacelle was complete both prior to lifting, and after being set in place on top of the tower sections.

- Ability to climb extensive heights of up to 350 feet wearing proper harness safety gear and complying with all safety standards, and regulations.

- Worked with hand, electrical, and pneumatic tools, daily when needed 2006 – 2007

OILFIELD ROUSTABOUT, JAVCO

- Hooked up oil tanks, all connections in the oil field.

- Repaired pumping units.

- Laying gas and flow lines while ensuring no leaks are present. 2

- Qualified by STARK Engineers to perform board and field operation on the unit, as a part of the STARK team, and capable of assisting in brainstorming new, and or improved ideas to help the unit perform at demands.
