5. Offer recommendations and inform them of specials or modifications they may not be aware of or that may be new to the menu(seasonal fruits or toppings). 6. 7. Add higher touches to create a pleasing experience, and make it a memorable moment. 8. Verify that all food presentation is acceptable and plated correctly before the food touches the table. 9. Check in with guests often to gain their trust and to show them genuine, old fashioned hospitality. 10. Uniquely present a topnotch dessert presentation to offer new beautiful, and creative options that will leave them practically eating out of your hand. The theatrics, performance, and feelings expressed are what makes the sell so enticing.
