Accomplishment(s)

16 year career and I never fell behind on my quality or standards which Government jobs impose.

Awarding Veterans compensation in which they are due.

My biggest and most heart warming accomplishment was a couple years ago when I helped a young Veteran that had severely injured his back, and after two years of a cane and only 23 years of age, I helped him with his claim, fourteen months had passed and this young man called me crying and told me that the VA was increasing him from 280 percent and just received his backpay of fourteen months. I know that he was going to help his mother with the money that he received and that he now qualifies for free schooling under the VOC Rehab that the VA provides. I was so happy for him, and such an honor!
