• I conducted training sessions to teach and demonstrate principles techniques procedures, or methods to include compliance courses;

• Demonstrated functionalist of applications and software, basic software training program, managed training schedules, created training tool such as instructor guide student guides and user manuals in a professional written or computerized format;

• Determined students training requirement and developed alternative training methods. Also provided individualized instruction and tutorial instruction if required;

• Transferred my knowledge and skills to new and current employees critical to the safety of all employees and customer using the rail system.

Bus operator:

• Operated a commercial passenger bus responsible for transporting passengers timely to any form scheduled stops complying with traffic regulations;

• Managed fare box transactions for proper fares and validated passes and identification cards, utilized electronic fare registering and collection equipment;

• Operated wheelchair lifts or ramps and secure mobility devices of passengers with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA);
