Data Lineage Tool building, Adoption & Support (Citigroup) – March 2022 to June 2024
As part of Business Architecture team, as Product Owner, worked on building tool, creating metrics, helped in initial tool Adoption & maintaining Data Quality for lineage data in Operating Fact Manager (OFM) & related tools.
Responsibilities:
Weekly meeting and coordinating on efforts & challenges with all leads.
Data Quality validations and weekly metrics generation for regular and ad-hoc issues.
I setup process for each FCDO Organizations/Sectors for regular operations and data maintenance efforts.

Scrie Drie System (NYC Department of finance) – This system has been developed for Senior Citizen and Disability Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) and Disabled Rent Increase Exemption (DRIE) programs run by New York City Department of Finance. This program is an exemption against future rent increases for eligible Senior (Scrie) or disabled (Drie) persons living in rent-controlled, rent-stabilized, Mitchell-Lama and other eligible apartments in New York City. This system takes care of Intaking applications, validating their eligibility for the program, calculate tac money and transfer it owner via fairtax.

This allows to customer to access their securities, assets, Credits, check images for deposits and returns, deposit slips images.
Smart System (Bank of America) - Smarts system is developed for bank and call center to handle service requests effectively with BPM system. Smarts deal with different business areas like Account Opening, Account Maintenance, Account Closure, ATM, CD IRA, Checks, Commercial Loans, Credit Card, Indirect Loans, Line of Credit, Mortgage Loans, Wire Transfer etc.
Wealth Management (Merrill Lynch) - Worked on projects for Investment, Wealth Management and Asset Management. Merrill maintains different sites for Finance Advisor (FA), for Administrator (Admin), for Investment Manager (IM) and legacy systems for various business purposes.
Project Tracking & Budgeting (CitiGroup) – project management tool for internal City projects, which contains Initiative, Program, Project modules containing finance and document details for each module. System developed to manage estimated and incurred expense on each Initiative-Program-Project level. Many times, Program budget is shared by multiple departments/organization (or P&L A/C) in certain percentage ratio.
Marketing Analytical System (Omnicom-Annalect) - Developing suit of products for different businesses to market their products effectively based of historical trends and future events. Product suit contains Frequency, Flighting, Allocation and Channel Planning which basically takes historical trend data for analysis, takes product type, geography and demography (age groups) details for future planning.
Terminal Operating System (Advent) - ‘Terminal Operating System’ is developed to manage port Terminal operations contain Import, Export, Vessel, Gate, Yard and Demurrage, Master and Admin Module. Import contains details for Bill of Landing and related functionality, Export contains details of Booking operations, Vessel deals with ship schedule, loading and discharging of containers from ship, Yard deals with spotting of container and chassis in stack, wheel slot, Demurrage deals with Import, Export and storage demurrage, Gate deals with Receive and Delivery of Loaded, Empty containers.
