Indoor & outdoor type transformers (132/6.6KV, 6.6/. 415KV) ranging from 15MVA to 2000KVA;

6.6 KV double bus HT panels, PCCs, MCCs.

EHV Under ground1200sqmm XLPE cable about 18 kilometer is laid.

BOILERS AND UTILITIES:-

DCS interfaced FBC & LF Boilers: 30TPH-65TPH

Microprocessor controlled Electrostatic precipitators & Rappers, Fly ash handling system

Water supply system, Dematerializing Plant, Compressed Air plant, Oxygen plant.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE:-

Monitor work progress and quality of work as per approved specifications.

Understanding of quality parameters and quality systems keeping in mind, continuous improvement in the process using various methodologies

Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan and adopt safe working culture with help of safety person at site

Attend daily Internal Site Meeting work plan & target & same coordinate with the sub-contractor follow up & support to team to achieve the targets on given schedule.

Oversee installation, operation to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications.

KAIZEN Activities & Ensuring proper safety protection system for all electrical installation.

Review Client’s Inspectors deliverables, analyze and resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality Control activities. Ensure that all inspection and tests witnessed by clients.

Checking & reviewing of sub-contractor shop drawing, material approval, follow up for material delivery on time at site & witnessed for material inspection at site. Lead preparation of the procurement budget and monitor/ control departmental expenses

Establish procurement policies related to master production schedule

Responsibility for MTBF&MTTR for Plant &HVAC in Plant

Leading the process of rate contracts
