I am required to prep, and cook meals plus dessert for residents. This includes ensuring you have the pureed and ground meat textures for the people that require them as well as renal diets, allergens and those with bland diet requirements. The cook also serves out the meal. Cleaning in between each meal as well. I also am trained to be the dietary aide which prepares all the drinks and condiments and readies the trays to go out. Roll silverware and dishes are also part of both positions.

At HEB we all have to work together to get production done and keep sales up. Each production partner has 15-20 hours of production to do each 8 hour shift. Our store is small but our department stays in the top 3 for the entire NW region due to the production partners.
Burleson Eye Care only had 3-4 employees. I had to teach others to know more of everything so we could keep the office running efficiently.

I have managed 2 different optical offices and a Subway. I can take charge and lead. I love to train new employees and see them succeed
