While only there a short period of time, I was trained in many areas of their operation. I was trained on all of the programs used in all aspects of the business, as well as the multi-line phone system. I answered calls assisting customers with orders, describing/ selling products and delivery guidelines for multiple companies. I also fielded customer calls concerning charges to their credit/debit cards, product concerns and worked to resolve any and all customer service issues. I was offered a permanent full-time position but was not able to do so at the time.
