OBJECTIVE: Position in wine and food sales, service and education. EXPERIENCE: 40 years in the restaurant/hospitality profession as a server, captain, dining room manager, wine steward/manager, and combinations of all of them. I have worked extremely detailed fine dining, casual fast paced dining, catering events of all sizes and styles, and wine dinners with wine makers and vineyard owners from all over the planet. Triumph Bar: Server (opening staff). Upscale restaurant/bar next to Seattle Center. Clientele from Seattle Opera, PNW Ballet, Seattle Rep, and slammin’ crowds from concerts and games at Key Arena.

Kaspar’s Events & Catering: One of the largest and best catering companies in Seattle. Small functions and plated dinners for 400+ to corporate events for up to 1200+. Volterra: Wine Manager/Floor Manager (opening staff). Upscale Italian restaurant. Created wine list of some 280 labels, mostly Italian, in all price levels. Tasted, purchased, and sold and served wine to guests. Annual sales $400,000+.
