PROFILE
The bulk of my work experience has been in Semiconductor Manufacturing field at Intel Corporation, gaining expert level experience on leading edge hardware such as Vectra Focus Ion Beam (FIB), CNC HAAS, and Trion Laser Chemical Etching (LCE) used for integrated Circuit unit Sample Prep and Focus Ion Beam (FIB) execution for Debug and Failure Analysis, Aside from daily execution, all tools in addition to the ones listed above were primarily utilized for the development of new product process recipes as well as implementing a number of process improvements to existing processes, all with well documented and organized data highlighting either improved process throughput time (TPT) and/or consumable cost reduction.

Roughly 13 years semi-conductor experience working specifically within intel corp. as both contracted temp technician and Intel Blue Badge employee for 7
5+ years in Team Lead, Management, or Supervisory role
Several years running SCRUM as Lead Sample Prep Engineering Technician representing Austin Intel site in cross-site collaborations to reach “copy exact” on new process developments and day-for-a-day time savings event.
Inventory Control management (ISM Certified)
Hazardous Waste Disposal lab lead (Hazmat Certified)
Cooperative efforts with external vendor to develop CNC HAAS Automation software upgrade and incorporate new standardized processes.
Creating visual process training material known as BKM’s, often including an area of personal passion for video editing, provided opportunity to produce useful videos for things such as side by side process comparison to prove both cost and time savings, training videos, and a difficult process demo video which would later prove to have contributed to an increase in overall success rate across the lab for that process from 20% employee success rate to over 70%.
