Check mailers from time to time to see if prints are complete and legible.
Check if firmly glued, and tear tape strip and release liner are present.
Inform machine operator of defects.
Prepare boxes to be used for mailers.

QA Inspector, Hellofresh, Goodyear, AZ 85338 February 2024 – June 2024
Check I-pad if line is running right product and the crews are wearing proper PPEs.
Check correct tray is being used and all cambrose have correct labels with the correct ingredients.
Perform initial in-process check (individual net weight of each ingredient and total net weight) every 10-15 minutes and document it in the I-pad.
Check sleeves used is for the right product and the correct expiration date is printed on the sleeves. Put initial, date and time you check on the boxes of the sleeves.
Perform metal detector check, Oxygen and CO2 level check, and final meal net weight check (weighing 5 samples) and document it on the I-pad.
Collect retain sample.
