Responsible for approval of Lifting Plans of Static and Rotary Equipments.

Fully involvement in Pre-Commissioning of Nitrogen Compressor & Pneumatic Conveying System.

Coordination with vendors for Pneumatic Conveying System, Nitrogen Compressor, VGR Compressor, Regeneration system for Mismatch Piping an Equipment related query to timely completion of Jobs.

The Scope of Unit – 5.5Lakhs IM, 2.4 Lakhs ID and Equipment – 8624 MT

Loop Markup with P&ID, Inspection of Mechanical Clearance and HT of Loops.

Coordination with Client EIL & MRPL for piping related query to timely completion of Piping Jobs.

AG Piping: - Pipe Erection fit up and alignment, Piping support, Checking and witnessed of Mechanical clearance of loops and box-up of loops and finally handed over to Client after clearing punch points.

AG Piping: - Pressure Piping, Pipe Erection fit up and alignment, Piping support, Checking and witnessed of Mechanical clearance of loops and box-up of loops and handed to client.

Project Handled (2): Revamp of VGO-HDT

Client: TKIIS & IOCL Gujarat Refinery

Role:

Responsible for Piping Erection, Site Execution, Spool Management, Maintaining quality job and coordination.

Maintaining the documentation record for existing lines dismantling and preparation of new lines erection.

Coordination with Client for Mismatch and piping related query to timely completion of Piping Jobs.

Role:

Responsible for Piping Fabrication & Erection, Spool Management, Maintaining quality job and coordination with various contractors in Reformer.

Independently completed Fabrication of 24000 ID and Erection of about 48000 IM of Piping.

Coordination with quality, civil and structural team for getting front for Piping Erection.

AG Piping: - Pressure Piping (Riser and Down-comer), Pipe Erection fit up and alignment, Piping support, Checking and Mechanical clearance, Testing (Hydro & Pneumatic) of loops and box-up of loops.

Hydro testing of low pressure and high pressure loops, with pressure ranging from 10 kg/cm To 187 kg/cm in AG piping.

Apr'14 – Sep’17: Reliance Industries Ltd. Jamnagar, Gujarat as Piping Engineer - Project Management

Project Handled: Refinery off Gas Cracker (ROGC) Unit in J-3 Project

Role:

Successfully handing over of ROGC Plant and its Cooling Tower including AG piping erection, Mechanical clearance, Hydro testing and Box-up of loop files to O&M department.

Independently completed Erection of AG piping about 55000 IM out of total Area Scope of 42 Lakhs IM.

Independently completed lowering of UG piping about 124000 IM out of total Area Scope of 9.5 Lakhs IM.

Completed about 40000 IM ISO clearances, Loop clearance & testing and handing over to O&M department.

Responsible for Project planning, Site Execution, Spool Management, Maintaining quality job and coordination with various contractors.

Static and Rotary Equipment Erection of ROGC Unit likes Column, Pumps, Cold-box, Blowers, Compressor, Condenser, turbines, Heat Exchangers, etc.

Responsible for system wise PSSR activity.

Verifying and approving the contractor’s daily / Weekly certification of JMR's / RA bills.

Project Handled: Low Density Poly ethylene (LDPE) unit in J-3 Project

Highlights:

·Completing the testing (Hydro & Pneumatic) of about 2.4 lakh IM piping of CS, SS, Alloy Pipes and Steam Tracing tubes with pressure ranging from 10 kg/cm to 350 kg/cm in AG piping.

Project Handled: Mono-ethylene Glycol (MEG) unit in J-3 Project

·Completing the final box-up of 250 loops.
