My role was to interact with clients by receiving and returning calls and resolving any complaints they might have including holding team meetings since I was made the team lead during my time here. Not leaving out Administrative duties like filing,record keeping,printing and basic book keeping.

I scouted both physically and remotely for properties owned by individuals or developers, to be marketed on our online marketing platforms(MEQASA and JIJI) by posting all properties collated

I supervised the restaurant's staff(chefs, cooks, sorters, kitchen hands including waiters, waitresses and cashiers)

I held a daily team meeting for the waiters and waitresses and we discussed how to be polite and serve customers in a courteous manner

I also took stock of items for the warehouse and recorded them and kept an inventory of all sales made during the week, which I presented to my boss(the Managing Director)

I worked closely with the suppliers to ensure we never run out of goods and handled payments sometimes

I sometimes worked as a Human Resource Person(HRP), where I interviewed and employed staff
