As a owner/ operator/General Contractor, established, built a successful small resort and business just outside of Glacier NP, Montana. Then sold that business and property in 2019.

Purchased a property with a vacant building, constructed a Gift/Convenience Store/art gallery/ cabins and suites. This business was very profitable and successful. The total property and business was sold in 2019.

Hired, Trained housekeeping staff and employees. Did all the bookkeeping, purchasing, and managing of the business, hotel reservations and property.

Was the sole buyer for all art, merchandise, and grocery items

Established and built as a owner/operator a successful retail store and art gallery.

Owned, Maintained and managed the building with three retail units. One Retail unit was my art gallery/ retail store and the other two leased out.

Built the business from the ground up. Negotiated with vendors, obtained/selected products including high end art and tourist related items.

Interacted with customers, vendors on every aspect of the selling process.

Interviewed tenants, developed leases and leased two retail spaces. Assisted in developing business plans and consulted on business management for those companies.

Was responsible for all taxes, account receivables and payables, book keeping, payroll and business related documents for my company.

Authored and marketed my book “Peaceful Escapes”, a motivational book with my photography.

Was awarded seven “Max Awards” by the Central Texas Builders association in 1999, 2000, 2001 for innovative design, quality of construction, and project management.

Taught quality of construction courses and team building seminars.

Sold both corporations in 2005.
