I am looking for a job that I can grow with and that I can help grow the company. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Science of Environmental Policy in January 2018. I am outgoing, and I like to make sure all works are on the same page when concerning working together. I have worked at Ansell for 2 years and looking for another opportunity to learn more and help the company longer. I have worked in insurance for three years, I was an escrow officer assistant for four years, I worked close to the manager at the Auto Parts Store where I worked, I have over 20 years of office/admin, and I have customer service experience.

AUGUST 2024 – PRESENT

TRANSPORTATION CLERK, penske logistics

Phones: Answer phones, help dealers, and make sure loads are on time.

Computer: Receive emails, respond to emails, work reports on excel, work reports on Blackhorse, Horsepower, Onenet work, work XMS, XRS, work in word process, teams for meetings, work with internet looking up information for reports and dealers. FedEx to ship out parts to dealers when mis shipped to Reno warehouse.

Drivers: Put together all drivers BOLs and make sure all information is filled out, signed. Make sure hazmat paperwork have been filled out correctly and signed. Make sure all-time sheets are filled out correctly and signed, then filled for boxing up. Make sure driver audit is taken care of each day and sent to supervisors. Have meeting weekly to discuss issues with drivers and paperwork.

Daily Operation: work report and email out to upper manager, make sure all loads going out have all paperwork, sign in trailers as they arrive, help upper managers with projects, and do meeting throughout the day. Make sure all LTL shipments are called out and picked up in a timely manner.

OCTOBER 2021 – AUGUST 2023

WAREHOUSE OFFICE, ansell healthcare

Phones: Answer phones, help brokers with load pickups, call carriers for pickups, call carriers for delivery information and to get signed POD, help customer service representatives with issues from customers.

Computer: Receive emails, Respond to emails to customer service representatives, process emails for management, email for carrier pickups, process emails for issues from customers, process internal emails with co-workers, and email responses between company broker and company about orders. Create excel files per customer and update information daily, send updated excel files to co-works and management daily, use excel files for weekly reports and monthly reports. Process letters to carriers and customer service representative, process pallet placards for truckloads that go out daily.

Accellos: Allocate orders, waive orders, make BOLS per order shipping that day, upload orders, look up inventory in warehouse, scan orders out once picked, look up replenished still in process, weekly KPI reports sent to management weekly.

Daily Operation: Waive orders, put together orders (consolidated or single), hand out orders for pickers, receive packing slips once orders are picked, process FedEx and UPS ground shipping labels, make BOL for the orders, make placards for all orders, deal with drivers picking up and deliveries, make sure pallet counts are correct, work close to management with different projects, trained new co-works in office.

Special Customers: Depends on which customer we are shipping to on a specific date there are special shipping request that have to be taken. These special requested could be scheduling for pickup through XRO website, making sure orders are put on heat treated pallets, making sure pallets have corners, emailing customer service for routing information for customers, or making sure orders are sent out on the day the customer wants orders to ship.

Warehouse: Go out and make sure inventory is correct when complaints are received, helping co-works to do quality checks, helping take pictures of each pallet that leaves the warehouse, help label cases for specific customers.

APRIL 2019 – MARCH 2020

Phones: Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls.

Email: Received and sent out emails, responded to customer.

Excel: Used excel to do reports either daily or weekly, used excel for special customers to make sure all procedures were taken care of in a timely manner and on date requested.

PowerPoint: Used PowerPoint for meeting with co-works and customers.

Word: Used word for letters that needed to be mailed or emailed.

Computer: Entered service calls for the technicians, enter orders for customers, work on daily spreadsheet for two large customers, order inventory, and receive inventory.

Work with customers: Take orders from customers, take service calls from customers, and enter service calls, and call customers back.

Daily: Pull orders for delivery driver, make sure printers are activated through our online portal, make sure addresses are correct in the online portal, add devices into both the online portal and the company database, order safety stock for customers, and keep the rest of the team updated with any issues.

Help Accounting: Enter bills into quickbooks from payment, input checks and on phone payment into system, get the deposits ready to take to bank daily, made sure employees time was correct for payroll, did payroll twice a month either direct deposit or manual check, receive and send out mail, help with invoicing customers for contracts and items the customer’s order, file, helped with tax returns, and did different projects for the accountant and the owner of the business on the mobile home business also.

New Employees: Helped new employees do the paperwork needed and done correct for payroll, and for the benefits they were qualified for.

Took customer requests and decided who or how the request could be taken care of. Made sure end result was correct for both the company and the customer.

Community work: Worked with the Reno Police Department to help victims of abuse during Christmas, thanksgiving, when school started, and worked on the green team for the Reno office.

Training: Helped new hires with paperwork and training, made sure employees received checks on payday, and made sure employees signed release for each payday when receiving a check.

New Employees: Helped the new employees do the walk through of the building, walked the new employees through the training they needed, made sure the paperwork was filled out correctly for both payroll and benefits, helped new employees understand the process for reimbursement for both training and travel.
