I was recruited to assist in a transition for the business - both implementing IT platforms (Sage and Xero) to manage the procurement and finance aspects of the business as well as moving toward industry standard practices to get the best for the company. We set up reverse auctions on tenders for major vessel equipment focussing on quality, price and delivery.
Fireseal WLL, Project Supply Manager - Kingdom of Bahrain March 2018 - May 2023 Construction industry, fire protection. In this role I was responsible for the management and development of the supplier base and establishing inventory routes and logistics. While also overseeing on site projects and delivery to the customer’s project, I was PM for the drive for ISO accreditation through system and process development. Achievements:
Established a working supply chain and drove down costs approx 30,000 BHD (£65k) per quarter.

Type 45 COM Project Manager -Supply Chain Asset Control At the end of a decade long contract to manage Class Output for the T45 Destroyer Fleet, we had a contractual obligation to restore all materiel assets in our, and our contractors supply chains, to MoD control. My role was to PM the cross industry team, reporting to the Fleet Commander as Project Executive.
Achievements:
Over £100M in taxpayer owned assets restored to MoD control for fleet support.

Leading the Supply Chain team across both KSA and the UK, this project was to undertake a mid-life upgrade for Minehunters. Key responsibilities
