Summary
As a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer since 2004, mainly in the field of construction of oil and gas plants,power plant and refineries; involved as a Welding/ Mechanical QC Engineer during assembly and welding of Steel Structural, Deep water steel structures, Production Manifolds, Deep water suction piles,Pipeline,piping fabrication and erection, underground pipelines; Test packages (Hydrostatic / Pneumatic) compilation Package preparation and documentation review; Complete Punch listing of the test systems to verify its compliance to drawings and specifications

Work as Painting and Coating Inspector (DFT, WFT, Salt test, Dust Test, Holiday testing and all Required test.
Inspection for Repaired area of Pipelines as per Intelligent pig reports and perform a Coating Inspection for rubber shrink sleeves after repaired completed

Follow-up for punch list items clearance for release to testing. Re-instatement of the tested loop-verification of removal of all testing pad, re-installation of dropped down valves, strainers ...etc, and final handover of the system prior pre-commissioning.
Quality control during piping prefabrication workshops, coordination for piping spools release for further activities; preparation and reviewing of Welding Procedure specifications, reviewing of PQRs documents under different Construction and Welding Codes requirements (ASME B31.3, B31.4, ASME VIII, ASME IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104,API650/653 ) and project specifications (ENPPI) involving different material welding and services.
Verification of local Post Welding Heat Treatment in piping, radiographic films interpretation, together with other NDT methods.
As Quality Assurance engineer, involved in preparation of Quality Assurance / Control Procedures as per project’s specifications and international standards, preparation of Inspection and Test Plans according to project requirements.
Performing internal audits on all project departments.
After 2010, worked as QC Head on several project in Egypt and abroad "Iraq-Basra".
In ELNG, worked as QC Head on “Waste Heat Recovery “project for power plant "Gas turbine".
Worked through EMC-eg as Shell Rep.in several gas plants in Basra to restart the plant by inspecting and maintaining pipeline and equipment "Gas fire separator, water cooler and pressure vessel”.
Recently work in Subsea Projects, Deep water,subsea structures and piping for Eni and Azule as QC Inspector Rep .
