● Faizon Global is an elite sales and marketing team based out of Houston, Tx.

● As an Account Manager (starting position), I was promoted in my first five days by selling and opening 6 or more accounts.

● As an Account Executive, I was responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and growing my own team. I also averaged about 10 new accounts sold and opened per week.

● As a Reliant vendor, I was also the point of contact for the customer's needs, questions, and day to day customer service inquiries.

Store Manager November 2022 – April 2024

● As Store Manager, I was responsible for ALL ASPECTS of keeping a large retail store running smoothly.

● I was responsible for product inventory, and all product ordering from multiple vendors. I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and used this program to list products needed, the quantity of each Product, and keep create formulas to keep track of the cost per item and total cost of each order. I am also well versed in various computer Retail programs, and running any needed reports on said programs; such as items sold in the prior week in order to repurchase for the store.

● I was in charge of making all store deposits, ordering any change needed, payouts, and keeping track of all financial aspects of each day. I created all store invoice logs, payout logs, weekly and monthly sales Total charts, and verifying clock in/out times (editing if missing or incorrect) for each employee for payroll.

● I also oversaw all customer service and customer care, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues.

● I was responsible for all store merchandising and displays, including seasonal, special occasion, and promotional sales. I have extensive experience working with display hardware such as shelving, various hanging systems, racks, slat-wall, and peg-wall; as well as expertise in stockroom equipment. o All signage displayed in store for any occasion or reason was created by myself.

● All managerial paperwork, such as: Daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and register counts; bank deposit and change making receipts; invoices and invoice logs; weekly employee sales reports; camera reviews and adverse employee behavior reports and actions taken, were completed and cataloged by me.

● I developed a highly organized and effective system for cataloging and processing prospective employee applications through a two interview and extensive training program upon hire . Interviews and hiring of employees was fully my responsibility.

● I left this position due to repeated, extreme safety violations and concerns, documented in multiple police reports. These incidents included (but were not limited to): being hit by a theif’s car as they were fleeing; being tackled into a wall and having my hand broken by another theif, sexual assault of my person by customers, and being held at knife point. When brought to my district manager/corporate, my concerns and fear were swept aside and ignored. I was also forced to violate company policy (no employee is to be on shift alone at store after sundown) multiple times despite the history of violent and dangerous attacks on myself and other employees at this location.

Assistant Store Manager Fall 2017 – Fall 2020

● I was responsible for assisting the store manager in all of the day to day tasks of running the store. My support included:

o Delivering and enforcing employee disciplinary actions; fixture building and merchandising of product; counting down registers and aiding in bank deposits; team building exercises; employee training; any store clerical paperwork that the store manager required assistance with.

● I left this position and relocated back to my hometown of Waller, Texas due to the birth of my child. Claire's (Cypress, Tx)

Assistant Manager Spring 2013 – Fall 2017

● In this position, I supported the store manager in all duties pertaining to the running of the store, including: clerical paperwork; accounting and bank runs; employee training, processing shipment.

● I left this job in order to move to Denton, Tx to further my education. 2

Cash-wrap Lead Spring 2006 – Summer 2009

● I was responsible for any and all activities of cashiers on shift: making sure they were enrolling customers in our card and rewards program correctly; correctly ringing up all products, as well as applying discounts accurately; pushing any last minute sales of impulse buys at the cash-wrap; combining register counts at the end of the sales day and preparing deposit slips.

● I also worked extensively in the stockroom, unloading trucks and processing new product. Assistant Manager / Merchandising Manager Summer 2009 – Spring 2013

● In this position, I was responsible for not only supporting the store manager in all of their duties, but I was also responsible for all new hire training. All planograms and product placement In store were completed and/or approved by myself.

Education

I graduated from Waller High School in 2009 as #8 in my class, with honors and a 4.0 GPA. I have completed some college, and also fulfilled all requirements with sufficient grades to be accepted into Nursing School in 2015. I just decided on a different career path and focused my energy on being a mother at the time.

I was promoted to Store Manager at Cindie's in only 4 months.

I was the top sales person of all the Cindie's stores in the nation, making the company a total of

$699,064.22 throughout my time there.

My store was consistently in the top 3 Cindie's in the nation for sales throughout my entire time as Store Manager.

I am extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and all working extensively with a computer in order to fulfill any and all tasks asked of me. I also have extremely strong typing skills.

Merchandising, employee training, and thorough customer care are not only my strong suits/ talents, they are also my life’s passion and work.

At Faizon Global, I achieved growth metrics necessary for promotion within my first week of employment, consistently enrolling an average of 15 new accounts per week, and managed/ handled any customer service needs of all cumulative enrolled accounts personally. 3
