- Cooperation and coordination with the governmental traffic police
- Supervising Water Hydraulic Systems / devices and Machines, safety.
- Designs, implements and interprets company Safety-related policies. Vehicle Safety, Accident Response, Evacuation, and similar programs and policies. Creates written documentation, ensures adequate communication and training at both the employee and manager level.
- Serves as the primary consultant with managers and employees regarding safety and regulatory matters. Manages and oversees accident reporting and investigation both in person and remotely. Ensures that problem areas are identified and corrected. Works with company leadership to ensure underlying causes are addressed.
- Audits and tracks safety-related information and compliance. Develops KPIs to measure safety results and track progress of safety initiatives, programs, processes, and policies. Compiles maintains reports to ensure company leadership is fully informed. Analyzes and reviews trends to identify areas in need of improvement or attention.
- Partners with the Training Organization to develop curriculum for employee safety-related training. Maintains safety training records and reports.
- Acts as primary point of contact with OSHA and related government agencies. Responds to issues and potential violations, investigates and responds as appropriate within required timeframes. Ensures OSHA and related reports are compiled and filed on timely basis.
