TAR Materials & Logistics Lead (bp / Turnaround Group) 10/2018 to 10/2019 Primary responsibilities include completing all material/logistics activities detailed in the TCP document. Accountable for all TAR owned equipment including inventory, storage, and issuance to the TAR’s. Responsible for overseeing all ROSER/SAP material/tracking & ordering. Accountable for each TAR’s material & logistics plan and all off unit logistics, housing, bussing, parking, personal tents, and bunkers. Accountable to supervise and establish procedure for receiving/issuing materials pre-event and during TAR’s. Flint Hills Refinery - Corpus Christi, TX

Tank Project Manager (Flint Hills Resources / Tank Program) 10/2017 to 10/2018 Primary responsibilities included project initiating, scope development, RFP’s / RFQ’s, DMF, change management, securing funds, procurement, project controls, value creation and project closing. I managed the out of service full life cycle of 6 - 8 tank projects a year ($1MM to $8MM per tank - TIC range). General scope of work consisted of tank cleaning, blinding, inspection, and mechanical/capital repair and supporting operations in putting tank back in service. Construction Manager (Flint Hills Resources) 11/2015 to 10/2017 My primary responsibilities included front end constructability, building estimates, contractor alignment, safety execution, risk mitigation, execution progressing/updating. I Managed all phases of the Firewater Tank FB 706 & Pumps Project

($7.7MM - TIC) utilizing the CMP methodology. I volunteered for this critical path project, ensuring the timely kickoff of the strategic LEU construction effort. Also, simultaneously managing the full life cycle of the West Crude Firewater Piping Upgrade Project ($6MM budget) from initiating and planning through executing and turnover. Played a vital role in the 2016 Chemicals TAR as an execution lead handling all activities associated the # 2 Wash Pad. Construction Manager (B&E Resources) 1/2015 to 11/2015 Field managed the base contractors at FHR Resources during the execution process of multiple capital projects (V.G.O Project, Citgo Pipe Rack Demo Project, Anytime Piping Project, and all firewater repairs. Expedited removing roadblocks across all crafts and contractors including piping, civil and mechanical. My primary responsibilities included monitoring and controlling field support, managing procurement of materials, confirming detailed job plans and ensuring accurate/competitive cost estimates and safety/timely execution. Marathon Petroleum/Piping - Canton, OH & Texas City, TX Capital Project Coordinator (PCS) Galveston Bay Refinery – 8/2014 to 12/2014 Liaison between customer and client for the 2014 fall TAR in the Ultra Cracker. Accountable for the timely execution and completion of capital projects with budgets ranging from ($35MM to $50MM), Gap Closure, VRU, Flash Gas, Recycled Oil, Flare Drum Replacement). Execution Coordinator (C.J. Hughes) 1/2014 to 8/2014 Partnered with L.U. 798 pipeliner’s to successfully meet tight deadline critical to meeting customer’s process demand. Responsibilities included contractor management, time management, problem solving, risk mitigation, safety execution, project controls, procurement of materials, owner/sponsor communication, valves, piping, mechanical and fixed equipment for this project to expand the crude oil unloading rack ($750M – $1MM budget). Completed on time and within budget. Field Coordinator/Lead (Morris Construction) 1/2012 to 12/2013 Accountable for L.S.R and M.S.A.T. projects converting old valves, piping, exchangers, towers and drums in the crude and poly units to accept new products required to be more efficient. I was the main point of communication between owner/sponsor and contractor. Manpower peaked at over 100 with no lost time due to injuries. Project was completed on time and on budget ($75MM – $100MM).

Superintendent (Hohl Industrial Services) 8/2008 to 3/2009 Managed installation of new pumps and piping supports in the Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel Unit which included a lot of heavy rigging and elevated work. These ($750M – $1MM) projects lost no time due to injury. Superintendent (American Union Boiler) 1/2004 to 5/2004 Managed all upgrades to valves and piping in the crude/cracker units 2004 TAR ($12MM – $15MM budget). Responsible for workforce of over 100 during this 4-month turnaround – no time lost to injuries. Clinton Nuclear Power Station - Clinton, IL
