• I was self managed to work with NO supervision to secure the compound, and all Buses, and schedule all activities on my shift both, in and exiting said property.

• Walking all the 8 buildings( 100 residents per each apartment building) interior, and exterior, observing fire, alarm and all electrical emergency sensors, electric devices, and reporting all required repairs to the General Manager of operations .

• required to communicate with ( VIA) CCTV/ and GPS in my office to locate, meet, and respond to ALL emergency and non emergency requests to ask and decide when to send EMS/ Law Enforcement to my location and make my evaluation to send any resident to the hospital as needed.( My position as as Paramedic) served me well to make and evaluate said circumstances, and report to out of state families of my actions ASAP.
